SHIPPING POLICY
Tuesday’s are our shipping day for all of our online orders. If you require express postage, postage signature or insurance on your orders please email us at sales@theywearvintage and we will invoice you the difference.
These services do not come with our free shipping offer. We will always provide a tracking number once it’s shipped.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs (excluding faulty items) and return exchange shipping back to the customer.

Goods must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached (where appropriate).

Items must be unwashed. Goods received in an unsaleable condition i.e. showing any signs of wear whatsoever, covered in pet hair or with a distinct smell will be rejected and returned.

The refund amount will be via the original payment method and for the cost of the goods only.

Exchanges can only be held for fourteen days.
